Wedding or not?

Personally I am not so close to weddings and actually Jewelry is mostly part of it to adorn the Bride, Bridemates and also the Guests want to be pretty.

I got asked from Etsy Germany and Etsy New York to take part at the wedding events that come up in April and Mai with this beautiful Pair.

So this chance broght me to check some wedding sides, I found a feature of a Handmade wedding and was so inspiried of the happy and natural touch. This really changed my mind towards wedding.

how I could try to take a Photo of it. Did you know, I keep my *heavy* Camera in one Hand, in the  try to keep it calm and catch the other Hand with the Ring on for a Photo...

Silver Band Ring

A very comfortable eco friendly wide fine Silver Band Ring,
that I Hand formed and hammered, to give it a faceted texture.
Fine Silver is a pure 99.9% Silver, that is recycled and there for very eco friendly.

New Rings in town!

I am working on new Rings and the more I do that the more passion comes with in me!

This one is made of recycled 99.9% fine Silver, which makes it very Eco Friendly. It is a wide Band Ring and I made a subtley matt finish. For me the design is minimalist. The longer work by metalsmithing, the more I keep coming back on minimalist. Allthough I love creations that are opulent, the minimalist lets me feel the pureness of a metal or a stone.

I am proud of this one :) It is a so called chunky Ring made of Steling Silver that I matted.  Special is the Stone. It is hand searched of the River Rhein here in Basel Switzerland, cleaned and polished. Can you see the pattern? What do you see in it? Some times when I look at it I see leaves, then I see Feather that tell me a Story of the beautiful old Days of natur.

I am sure some of you already know about my Bag adiction. So I like to share a impressive line I discovered,

CAMPOMAGGI

Campomaggi line was born in 1980, from the fashion designer Marco Campomaggi (born on 25/02/1961 in Teodorano), influenced by his sculptor father's creativity.Since his teen years he shows a very good manual skill that, matched with his aesthetic sense and his strongly concrete spirit, led to his early works.
During the high-school years he manually manufactured almost for fun, his first models of bags, using saddle leather and metal studds, selling them on the seaside sidewalks and to his school mates.
Then, manufacturing bags became his job.

I adore this Bags and each one is handmade and unique. Save my pennys and maybe one Day I get one and I am sure it will be one for a life time :)
